Data and reproducible analyses for "Metazoan-wide phylogenomics supports the emergence of recognisable canonical prostanoid-receptor family structure across the vertebrate transition"
Abstract
This record contains sequence panels, identifier and taxonomic crosswalks, phylogenetic alignments and trees, topology-test inputs and outputs, gene-tree/species-tree reconciliations, genomic-neighbourhood sensitivity analyses, figure source data, scripts, commands, decision ledgers, and checksums supporting a metazoan-wide reconstruction of prostanoid-receptor evolution. The study screened 3,248 protein datasets representing 3,052 species labels, including 3,043 metazoan labels across 30 phyla and nine designated outgroup labels. The repository separates the broad discovery and validation trail from the expanded-reference analytical freeze used for the principal evolutionary interpretations. The final freeze includes a 242-tip, 78-reference profile-mixture sensitivity analysis performed on full-protein and transmembrane-region matrices. Public upstream proteomes, genomes, transcriptomes, raw reads, database releases, and third-party software are represented through accessions, versions, source links, and checksums where redistribution is unnecessary or inappropriate.
