BIT-LMIND-TLTH-001 F3-R1: Exact F3 HOLD Binding, Versioned Runtime Completion and Cross-Language Alignment - PRELOCK CLOSED WITH SCOPE
Abstract
This record is a claim-scoped archival publication snapshot of the canonical BIT-LMIND-TLTH-001 lineage from F0 through F3-R1. It preserves the historical F3 verdict HOLD_F3_VERSIONED_RUNTIME_COMPLETION_AND_CROSS_LANGUAGE_ALIGNMENT_REQUIRED. F3-R1 closes only the observed technical runtime-alignment defect on the bound finite same-host profile and remains TLTH_F3_R1_VERSIONED_RUNTIME_COMPLETION_AND_CROSS_LANGUAGE_ALIGNMENT_PRELOCK_CLOSED_WITH_SCOPE. F4 is NOT_OPENED; the LMIND Atlas remains the required routing layer. The deposit does not establish a theorem, proof certificate, external reproduction, empirical theory of mind, biological or clinical validation, neural-meridian identity, physical energy, metaphysical truth, execution authority, state-update authority, or world effects. Authority=0; External effects=[]. The archive contains five byte-preserved canonical historical DOCX artifacts, a REL-001 handoff report, checksums, manifests, availability ledger, verification scripts, and a post-deposit receipt template. The historical sealed 86-file F3-R1 controlled set is not reconstructed because its original sidecar bytes are not present in this deposit. A separate 374,650-byte F0 formal-seed dossier is excluded because F1 identifies a different exact F0 DOCX as its canonical parent.
