Abstract

This submission presents a comprehensive, self-consistent Discrete Geometry Grand Unified Theory across two foundational papers. The theory eliminates unphysical arbitrary parameters and unifies quantum mechanics, general relativity, mass generation, charge duality, and mass-energy equivalence under a single dimensionless geometric field framework. Paper 2: Discrete Geometry Grand Unified Universe: Closed-Loop Evolution of a Single Electron Phase State Dimensionless Duality Field: Establishes the foundational geometric oscillator $a(x) = \frac{1}{x^2} - x^2$ balancing at $x_{\text{eq}} = 1$. Derives the dimensionless oscillation period $T_{\text{dimless}} = \pi$ and intrinsic wavepacket boundary diameter: $$R_0 = \frac{2\hbar}{mc} = 2\bar{\lambda}_C$$ Geometric Deconstruction of Charge and Forces: Reinterprets electric charge as non-physical relative phase duality (Source vs. Sink) under global neutrality ($\sum Q = 0$). Unifies fundamental forces as coherent geometric contractions across discrete channels (137 electromagnetic paths; 36 octupole nuclear seals). Neutron Buffering & Nuclear Packing: Shows the neutron ($1838.68 m_e$) as a non-elementary hyper-compressed proton-electron state providing phase-demagnetized buffering in $I_h$ rigid polyhedral nuclear lattices. Singularity Elimination: Replaces gravitational infinite breakdown with finite topological soliton horizons truncated by 36 octupole seals ($\omega_I = 0$). Dynamic-Static Duality & Mass-Energy Equivalence: Dynamic State = Photon: Unbound phase wave propagating along 137 discrete paths at causality limit $c$. Static State = Electron: Topological self-trapped wavepacket bound at $R_0 = 2\bar{\lambda}_C$ with zero evaporation ($\omega_I = 0$). Mass-Energy Equivalence ($E = mc^2$): Reinterprets $E=mc^2$ as a purely topological locking/unlocking phase transition. Energy ($E$) is dynamic phase stress; mass ($m$) is static topological self-trapping; $c^2$ serves as the dimensional folding scale ratio between free propagation and local boundary confinement. Paper 1: Discrete Geometry Grand Unified Framework: From $l=3$ Spatial Directions to 1836 Proton Locking $l=3$ Spatial Topology: Maps $l=3$ octupole orbital channels ($2l+1 = 7$ orthogonal directions) to the physical saturation of f-block elements and 7-dimensional orthogonal projections. 36 Topological Seals: Derives the 36 seal channels ($N_{\text{seal}} = \sum_{k=1}^8 k = 36$) through triangular sums of octupole poles and $I_h$ icosahedral symmetry intersections ($30\text{ edges} + 6\text{ axes} = 36$). Zero Evaporation Rate ($\omega_I = 0$): Formulates $SU(2)$ topological double-cover locking $N_{\text{lock}} = 2 \times (2 \times 3^2) = 36$. Proves via odd-parity spherical harmonic duality ($Y_3^m(-\mathbf{r}) = -Y_3^m(\mathbf{r})$) that global evaporative flux density cancels identically to zero ($\omega_I = 0$). Proton Mass Ratio Derivation: Rigorously predicts the stable proton-to-electron mass ratio: $$m_p / m_e = 1800 + N_{\text{lock}} = 1800 + 36 = 1836$$
