Zyfralon Enterprise Security (ZES): A Public Principles Thesis for a Participation-Only Market Instrument
Abstract
This paper establishes the public principles of the proposed Zyfralon Enterprise Security (ZES), the participation-only instrument within the Zyfralon architecture. ZES is designed to permit lawful market participation in relation to an admitted Public-Facing Commercial Enterprise without silently converting that participation into ordinary equity, ownership of an enterprise or public identity, a claim on issuer revenue, intellectual-property or name-image-likeness rights, governance control, or a guaranteed economic return. The paper defines the participation-only boundary; distinguishes the PFCE, legal issuer, instrument, analytical assessment, market venue, and market price; and explains ZES’s relationship to PFCE classification, ZIS qualification, ZEVS evaluation, lawful issuance, disclosure, recordkeeping, transfer, lifecycle governance, and market integrity. It emphasizes that rights arise only from complete governing terms and applicable law, that PFCE classification, ZIS qualification, and ZEVS evaluation do not themselves authorize issuance, and that ZEVS output is not market price. The public paper intentionally excludes proprietary contractual mechanics, formulas, thresholds, surveillance logic, control logic, routing, system mappings, and implementation specifications.
