BIT-LMIND-ATLAS-001 REL-001: Exact Seven-Snapshot Living Mind Atlas and Route-B TSS-TLTH Typed Partial-Bridge Authorization - PRELOCK CLOSED WITH SCOPE
Abstract
This record is a claim-scoped archival publication snapshot of BIT-LMIND-ATLAS-001-F0 and its immutable Route-B TSS-TLTH decision-control artifact. Atlas-F0 constitutes four disjoint analytical planes: a 27-node/21-edge vertical lineage DAG; eight directional typed partial projections with five explicit non-edges and zero identity edges; four time-indexed operational feedback-loop templates with zero execution; and nine guarded claim-depth layers with zero upward-promotion edges. It preserves 15 semantic collisions, 10 quarantined non-load-bearing discussion seeds and 10 source discrepancies without source repair or status inheritance.\n\nThe included Route-B DPC is an immutable historical issuance snapshot. An exact downstream Bridge-F0 receipt records that its one-use certificate was later consumed for the exact target: effective count 1/1, remaining 0, reusable=false. Publication does not issue, renew, restore, consume or reuse the certificate. The deposit fresh-binds only the available Atlas-F0 DOCX, Route-B DPC DOCX/ZIP and Bridge-F0 lifecycle-witness carrier; historical Atlas 29-file, TLTH 86-entry and TSS parent replays are preserved as historical receipts and are not reperformed here.\n\nThis deposit is not a proof, empirical theory of mind, biological or clinical validation, metaphysical adjudication, neural-meridian identity, runtime deployment or grant of authority. TLTH-F4 and TSS-F10 remain NOT_OPENED; TSS-F9 HOLD is preserved. Claim ceiling: STATIC_READ_ONLY_ATLAS_ONLY; CLAIM_MEET_ONLY; NO_ONTOLOGY_MERGER; NO_UPWARD_PROMOTION; NO_STAGE_OPENING_BY_PUBLICATION; NO_CERTIFICATE_REISSUANCE_OR_REUSE; authority=0; external effects=[]. The ZIP is the canonical audit carrier. A standalone PDF is a human-readable preview and may be byte-nonidentical if a platform C2PA wrapper is applied.
