mQM-DOC: muti-scale water Quality Model for Dissolved Organic Carbon
Abstract
The mQM-DOC is a flexible model that can be run as either a lumped or landscape-explicit DOC model structure. Details of the model concept and description are presented in this manuscript Nguyen et al., 2025. This project is a standalone Fortran model. It is not an R package, so the usual way to use it is to compile the Fortran source files with a Fortran compiler and then run the resulting executable.
