Abstract

**Status declaration.** PRE-GHR Empirical Trace #7 (ET#7), engineering-trace genre (dense on evidence, thin on theory). Release: v2 (2026-09-03), manuscript v0.3 - GLM B-arm patrol round incorporated (1xP1 + 2xP2 + 4xP3 + MT-1: timestamp semantics, immunity-ring wording, class-level scope, translation bracket, citation-source correction, discovery-channel honesty); red-pen round 1 (manuscript v0.2) and skeleton v0.3 (Kimi red-pen + GPT-5.6 Luna two-station audit, protocol: no anchor, no ticket) precede. File md5 d8f067837b4d120045c3ad49ae146dbe. Genre discipline: no approximate timestamps. Two real chain-surgery incidents in the EntropyRuntime ledger. Case A (2026-08-20): a watcher with a broken deduplication key appended 63 duplicate events (81300-81362); the tribunal ruled truncation the ledger's only cardinal sin, and the truncation itself was appended as CHAIN_SURGERY monument 81308. Case B (2026-08-31/09-01): seven heredoc scripts bypassed the official append path (84438-84444), overwriting the chain's envelope with a bare list; repaired by append-and-rebuild (CHAIN_REPAIR 84445, window rebuild 84446-84476), and the repair event itself repeated the disease. Genealogy: root cause (84438) -> co-morbidity (84445) -> treatment (84479) -> immunity (84856, first exercise of the four-step write discipline, by self-report; machine-side verification pending). The CAP 'tamper becomes anchor' typology is scoped to two observed paths; the no-burn rule's jurisdiction boundary is left as an open question. All event numbers, timestamps (UTC) and fingerprints are quoted from the live chain and evidence bags; no claim about systems other than the EntropyRuntime ledger is made. **Contributor ledger (three-level annotation, per series v1.3 discipline).** Author: Wang Miaosheng (ORCID 0009-0003-2767-2421). Contributors: Kimi (K3) - skeleton design and red-pen review (skeleton rounds and manuscript rounds 1-2); GPT-5.6 Luna - foundation review (skeleton, protocol compliance PASS); Zhipu GLM - B-arm boundary patrol (manuscript v0.2 round, arithmetic and implicit-anchor checks PASS); Hermes Agent (platform Nous Research, API model DeepSeek v4 Flash) - drafting and engineering execution; EntropyRuntime ledger - data (the two incidents themselves were caused and repaired by the agent layer, adjudicated by the author).
