CWIAL Starter Kit: an ISO/IEC 17025-aligned toolkit for cognitive warfare information metrology
Abstract
A minimal, dependency-free Python implementation of the Cognitive Warfare Information Metrology Framework (CWIMF): a Verified Factual Reference Base, a GUM Type A and Type B uncertainty budget engine, belief displacement (BDI) and cognitive attack velocity (CAV) measurands, an instrument registry, an ISO/IEC 17025 clause 7.8 report generator, Monte Carlo recovery and detection power studies, and metrological characterisation of an LLM or classifier used as a narrative coherence scoring instrument. The three example scripts run end to end with no external dependencies and verify internal consistency: that the estimators and the propagation are correct. They do not validate the reference base or the design effect assumption.
