FHESS Research Note 13 — From Finding to Institutional Readability
Abstract
FHESS Research Note 13 presents the current state of Field Hybridity Endocriminological Science and the institutional actions to which its developing findings have given rise. The research examines how human and institutional capacity can remain available when hybrid configurations begin to organise the positions from which people and institutions respond. The Note develops a sequence of finding objects including Schuldgrammatik (grammar of attribution) >< Schadensgrammatik (grammar of damage), ORIGIN GRAMMAR, HYBRID CAPTURE, EXPECTATIONGRAMMAR, ENDO-DOXICAL READING, SELFGRAMMAR and the INTERIM INTERVAL. These findings support a developing conception of VERWEER (defensive capacity/self-protection) as preservation of the capacity from which response can become distinction and decision. The Note also documents how FHESS findings have been represented through communications to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court concerning the Situation in Ukraine, followed by a research proposal addressed to Ukraine concerning CARE-based VERWEER against hybrid capture. A further question is opened concerning possible United States jurisdiction. FHESS leaves the identification and examination of such jurisdictional routes to competent American legal scholars, practitioners, institutions and courts. Research Note 13 thereby makes institutional readability itself a finding object: scientific findings can travel through representation toward positions from which further scientific, legal, civic or institutional examination becomes possible. CARE PRESERVES READABILITY. VERWEER PRESERVES CAPACITY. READABILITY CAN TRAVEL.
