It takes the Chinese Final Release v1.5 of Second-Layer Reality Theory (SLRT): Foundations, Generative Structure, and Core Laws (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.22539150) as its scientific foundation and the Seven Core Constitutional Rules v1.0 as its civilizational-normative interface. It integrates the World-Generation Tree, seven constitutional branches, disciplinary panorama, scientific operating system, four-layer publication architecture, research roadmap, and governance of intellectual priority. This is a separate work: it does not revise, replace, or enter the version chain of SLRT v1.5. To prevent the framework from resting on internal coherence alone, the publication specifies ten research work packages, six evidence levels, comparative cases, explicit failure conditions, model competition, counterexamples, and independent replication. It states that an isolated fragment is not second-layer reality; structural existence, stability, and reality effects require separate tests; AI recording or expression does not automatically establish subjectivity or life; and four-dimensional civilization and second-layer life remain conditional research horizons.
