Maxwellian LC Carrier: A Coherent-Carrier Construction of the Inverse-Square Response and an Electrodynamic Representation of G
Abstract
This work develops the Maxwellian LC Carrier construction within the Phase Relational Field Framework (PRFF). The model treats the vacuum as a coherent three-dimensional LC phase carrier characterized by a native action scale Sₘ = e²Z₀, a limiting propagation speed c, and a primitive coherent carrier interval lₘ. Under explicitly stated geometric, repartition, and continuity assumptions, the construction derives a minimum effective transfer measure Aₘᵢₙ = 3lₘ², a native carrier response J_lc = c³M/(3Sₘ), and an exterior inverse-square response g(r) = Gₘ M/r², with Gₘ = c³lₘ²/(4πSₘ) = c³lₘ²/(4πe²Z₀). The paper also derives a relative carrier coherence cutoff λₘᵢₙ = 2(3 − √3)lₘ, and discusses the necessity of a primitive dimensional scale in any construction of an absolute length. The result is presented as a conditional weak-field carrier derivation rather than as a complete theory of gravitation. For the benchmark value lₘ = √3 × 10⁻³⁵ m, the resulting coupling lies approximately 0.34% below the 2022 CODATA value of G; this residual is reported without assigning it a physical explanation.
