Abstract

The Network Emergent Architecture (N.E.A.) provides a topological frameworkfor cosmology in which the Big Bang is recast not as a singular explosion butas a phase transition from one-dimensional causal time to the three-dimensionalC8 crystalline scaffold. All predictions are generated by a fixed topologicalinventory: the C8 cubic scaffold, the K4 tetrahedral defect, the logicalcapacity N_max = exp(10√3), the geometric projection R = 1/(1+π), and thelocking gap Δ = 1 − √3/2. The central result is the matter–dark energy identity Ω_m / Ω_Λ = U_EM − 1/U_EM = 0.460862, where U_EM = 0.4π. This follows from the G-paper's enthalpy decompositionQ = U + pV combined with the decoupling condition f_ext = 1/U_EM, and givesΩ_m = 0.315473, Ω_Λ = 0.684527 (deviations 0.055% and 0.025% from Planck 2018). The baryon-to-dark-matter ratio is derived as Ω_b/Ω_c = Δ(1+π)/3 = 0.184956,within the Planck 1σ uncertainty. The Hubble geometric factor (19−4√3)/20 isderived from cycle-space area conservation, giving H_0 = 68.04 km/s/Mpc. Thedecoupling redshift ln(1+z_dec) = 1/Δ − K gives z_dec = 1099.19 (deviation0.074%). The projection lock 2√3/π decomposes exactly into the C8 phonon ratio√3 and the circle-to-line projection 2/π. Additional results include the spectral index n_s = 0.964852 (deviation0.005%), CMB temperature T_CMB = 2.7287 K (deviation 0.117%), first acousticpeak ℓ_1 = 220.43 (deviation 0.078%), proton mass m_p = 938.431 MeV (deviation0.017%), gravitational constant G = 6.680×10^−11 m^3 kg^−1 s^−2 (deviation0.087%), and the acoustic horizon r_d = 149.39 Mpc. Semi-empirical scalerelations for m_p, G, and H_0 agree with observation to sub-percent precisionand satisfy the exponent closure (−3−3) + (1/2+1/2) + 5 = 0. The framework predicts the strict absence of dark matter and dark energyparticle signals. Dark matter is the gravitational residue of dimensionalcollapse; dark energy is the bandwidth rent required to maintain the C8scaffold. Both are non-particle, non-vacuum-energy phenomena. No inflation,no dark matter particles, and no cosmological constant are used. A companionqualitative analysis of dark matter phenomenology (galaxy rotation curves, cluster velocity dispersion, gravitational lensing, Bullet Cluster, coredhalo profiles, missing satellites, and Too-Big-to-Fail) is included. All numerical results are reproducible from the publicly archived scripts athttps://github.com/hzhangy/Cosmos.
