Abstract

A public register of every granted patent in force naming Hemant K. Rohera as inventor, listed by jurisdiction with its grant number and date, so that any entry can be checked against the national or regional register it came from. The register covers three unrelated technology families: a non-invasive bioelectronic medical device applying controlled voltage, current and frequency (PCT/IB2020/055292, priority India, 10 September 2019); a hybrid energy-storage architecture in which capacitive and electrochemical storage share a DC bus (PCT/IB2015/056108, priority 10 July 2015); and a vehicle power-generating system conditioning multiple on-board sources against a state-of-charge threshold (PCT/IB2016/055563, priority 25 September 2015). Only grants in force are listed. Pending applications are named separately as pending, and filings that have lapsed or been abandoned are not listed at all, because a lapsed filing is not protection. Jurisdictions are named rather than counted: a count depends on what is included, while a list can be checked entry by entry. European and Eurasian grants are stated with their validation states rather than as "Europe" or "Eurasia" unqualified, because such a patent takes effect only where it is validated. The register also records the two independent test reports on file for the hybrid storage family, with their scope stated exactly — including what neither of them measures. A test report is not a certification, an endorsement or an approval. Compiled from the national and regional registers and the prosecution record. Deposited as PDF and CSV. Declarations Competing interests. This dataset lists the author’s own granted patents. He is the named inventor on every entry and has a direct financial and intellectual interest in each. The register is a statement of legal status only. A granted patent establishes novelty and inventive step as assessed by the granting office; it is not evidence of technical performance, clinical efficacy or commercial viability. It is published so that the portfolio can be checked against the national and regional registers rather than taken on assertion. Funding. Self-funded. This work received no external, grant, institutional or third-party funding; the costs were borne by the author and his companies. Self-funding is declared here because it is itself a competing interest: no external sponsor reviewed, constrained or independently verified this work. This declarations block was added on 18 September 2026 as a metadata edit. The deposited file and the substance of the record are unchanged, and the DOI is unchanged.
