FHESS COMMUNICATION XII — ECOSYSTEMIC CAPTURE: THE THREE-BRIDGE ECOSYSTEM, INTERIM CARE AND ENDO-DOXICAL PERFORMANCE
Abstract
FHESS Communication XII — ECOSYSTEMIC CAPTURE develops a configurational research model from a limited and current finding object: the resignation decision announced by Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko on 7 September 2026. The resignation is preserved as a factual discontinuity in the relation between PERSON and FUNCTION and is not presented as evidence of ECOSYSTEMIC CAPTURE. Building on Communication XI and the existing functional relations between Ukrainian prosecutorial capacities and the International Criminal Court, Communication XII extends the inquiry from PERSON-IN-FUNCTION toward a three-bridge ecosystem through which evidence, legal categorisation, institutional authority, care, grammars and other functional capacities may be transmitted. ECOSYSTEMIC CAPTURE is introduced as an open research configuration in which positioned interventions may recruit the bridges, dependencies and transmission capacities of a functional ecosystem so that the ecosystem’s own operation participates performatively in altering its functionality. The concept remains explicitly investigatory and is not asserted as an established explanation of the Kravchenko resignation. The Communication simultaneously examines the defensive counterpart: ecosystemic VERWEER (defensive capacity/self-protection), interim care, catalytic and parabolic performance, endo-doxical performance, and the preservation of future degrees of freedom. The central defensive finding is that vulnerability and defensive capacity may reside in the same relational architecture. The record includes Communication XII, Annexes XII-A–XII-D, and the ICC Office of the Prosecutor submission confirmation. The Communication was submitted in relation to the Situation in Ukraine on 9 September 2026. The OTP confirmation records Submission ID 5e021464-c7e3-4776-bc1e-53d1057f45e8.
