Abstract

This synthesis organizes the published black-hole and entropy results of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk theory by geometric scale, state ensemble and transport variable. It distinguishes the Planck-scale state and resolution structure from the macroscopic aperture, the bulk curvature radius from penetration depth, and horizon area capacity from microscopic crossing flux. The paper combines the effective acoustic-horizon description, adopted horizon-entropy normalization, corrected Heawood spectrum, constrained internal entropy map, generalized uncertainty relation, conditional sealing threshold and published bulk-return mechanism. It derives the corresponding area and entropy derivatives and scale comparisons, and formulates the receiving {7,3} lattice response to an incoming {3,7} configuration as an interface problem. Under an explicitly additive entropy assignment and uniform dual-face redistribution, the entropy per heptagon is 7/12 k_B. The physical state-to-face map, volumetric flux normalization, coupled embedding and terminal stability remain specified calculations within the theory. The record includes the paper and reproducibility archive with 62 numerical and algebraic checks, the independent Claude source review, Sakana/FUGU fidelity and adversarial reviews, and the correction record. This is a synthesis of conditional results and their matching requirements; no new experimental prediction is registered.
