UED Reconstruction Programme — Programme Synthesis: Mathematical Status, Derived Results, Open Closures, and Falsification Targets Across Papers 1–20
Abstract
The UED Reconstruction Programme is a two-phase mathematical reconstruction and closure programme developed to examine whether a common operational framework can reproduce major physical regimes while keeping observation distinct from inherited ontology. Phase I — Reconstruction (Papers 1–14) develops a common variable discipline across classical mechanics, Structured Vacuum Energy (SVE) ripple dynamics, optics, discrete detection, persistent matter, atomic spectra, electrical and magnetic response, thermal and statistical consequence, Alignment Threshold Time (ATT) and clocks, gravitational organization, redshift, compact objects, cosmology, and cross-domain unification. Phase II — Mathematical Closure (Papers 15–20) asks whether persistent manifestation can arise from the reconstructed UED architecture itself. It develops Chavan’s Limits, a finite localized SVE branch, energy–inertia metrology, action closure, dynamic persistence mathematics, and a thermodynamic treatment of persistence based on irreversible regeneration and decay. This Programme Synthesis introduces no new physical law. Its purpose is to distinguish what has been operationally reconstructed, mathematically derived, conditionally modeled, numerically demonstrated, corrected, left open, or made explicitly falsifiable across Papers 1–20. Important unresolved bridges remain, including absolute SVE metrology, the electrical/magnetic derivation of the optical ripple state, a universal action-selection mechanism for Planck’s constant, strong-gravity constitutive closure, independent derivation of dynamic-path redshift, and joint observational testing of the strict Still-Universe cosmological branch. UED Version 1.0 is therefore presented as a coherent reconstruction and mathematical-closure programme for independent reproduction, criticism, measurement, comparison, and attempted falsification—not as an established or parameter-complete unified theory.
