Pre-Commitment No. 5 (Leveille Framework / Exactly Infinite) deposits the signed Design Note v1.2, signed Plan v1.0, signed Pre-Run Note v1.0, and the harness of record pc5_gauge_v1_0.py for a liveness–separation gauge. This is a new lineage after PC4 Plate v1.5 GATE-FAIL close-out; it does not rewrite the committed PC4 S. CASTING CLOSED for new predictions. No experimental run is authorized by this deposit alone; freeze is named by the signed Pre-Run Note and harness hash; first execution locks the freeze.
