UED Reconstruction Programme — Paper 10: Gravitational Organization / RTG Reconstruction
Abstract
Paper 10 of the UED Reconstruction Programme reconstructs weak-field gravitational organization and formalizes the Resolution Theory of Gravity (RTG) without assuming gravitational force, spacetime curvature, geodesic motion, gravitational time dilation, mass-energy equivalence, or a microscopic SVE constitutive law as starting premises. The central operational variable is a scalar gravitational organization potential ΦG\Phi_G, defined through measurable work and determined only up to an additive reference. Its spatial gradient generates the local acceleration-like organization map, while its Hessian determines tidal response. Persistent matter couples to this potential through a gravitational response coefficient defined as a configuration-energy derivative. Universality of free fall is reconstructed as an empirical constraint on the ratio of gravitational to inertial response. In the weak classical regime, the empirical quasi-static source law recovers inverse-square gravity, point-source potential, orbital relations, escape speed, gravitational binding, and tidal structure. Atomic-clock response provides a second gravitational channel. Transition frequencies change when persistent configuration-energy differences depend on gravitational potential. The observed leading weak-field clock coefficient near 1/c021/c_0^2 is treated as an empirical calibration target rather than as a derivation of E=mc2E=mc^2. Optical delay and bending provide a third response channel through a gravitationally dependent optical transfer parameter inherited from the Paper-3 source-field-observer architecture. Its coefficient remains independently measurable and is not assumed identical to the clock response coefficient. Paper 10 therefore organizes weak mechanical, clock, and optical gravitational observations through one common potential while retaining distinct response channels. The microscopic SVE source law, origin of universality, parameter-free clock and optical coefficients, strong-field continuation, compact objects, and cosmological gravity remain explicit open problems.
