Inertia-Stress-Acceleration as a Scoped Morphodynamic Kernel: Transported Momentum Balance, Projection Survival and Recovery Guards - BIT-ISA-KERNEL-001 F0-F5 Terminal Closure
Abstract
BIT-ISA-KERNEL-001 develops and terminally closes a scoped mathematical and metatheoretical morphodynamic kernel organized around inertia, stress/momentum transfer, transported momentum residual and acceleration response. F0 defines the typed kernel and separates balance laws from constitutive closure. F1 recovers Newtonian particle dynamics and continuum momentum balance while repairing momentum-density and advective-flux typing, and records counterexamples for variable inertia and spatially uniform stress. F2 locks observer covariance and an angular-momentum/couple-stress branch, while preserving the separation Stress != Power != Work != Dissipation. F3 treats ISA as a projection of a richer Region State, defines output-relative closure/survival, exhibits hidden memory/angular/structure witnesses, and requires generally set-valued coarse-to-rich handoff. F4 establishes bridge composition, error/clock/domain/output guards and a dynamic recovery criterion. F5 performs terminal scope and integrity audit only and adds no new scientific claim. The release does not establish a new fundamental physical law, does not claim universal physical realization, and does not open GR, black-hole or dark-matter reinterpretations. External mechanics and continuum results retain their original provenance.
