Abstract

Purpose. This note provides a source-native description of the HLV / Cut-and-Project / IncidenceSpectral research programme before any translation into CVP terminology. The active scientific object is theory-neutral. HLV remains part of the historical provenance, but the current mathematical programme does not assume that the original HLV ontology has been physically established.
