Abstract

Executive whitepaper and master consensus document for the 12-volume Ontology-First N.E.A. Series. Contemporary fundamental physics is structurally bifurcated between continuous pseudo-Riemannian geometry and operator-valued quantum field theory, while depending on nineteen empirically tuned parameters. We summarize the complete axiomatic closure of the Network Emergent Architecture (N.E.A.), an analytical framework that derives spacetime geometry, gauge interactions, and the Standard Model parameter ledger from a single operational primitive: the existence of at least one decidable statement. Under zero physical axioms, decidability strictly requires an automaton with distinguishable terminal states (|S| ≥ 2), sequential causal transition (the atomic Tick), and finite local information capacity, defining the Being Tax (B ≡ 1 ZY). Spatial dimension d = 3 is uniquely selected as the sole integer dimension that is computationally non-trivial yet solvent under the unit coordination budget. Physical space is the virtual foliation of concentric 2D spherical wavefronts (S² × ℝ), with the cube C₈ emerging strictly as a virtual dual bookkeeping interface. Non-tiling regular tetrahedral defects (K₄) lock their cycle space, converting existence rent into localized mass (m = E_trap). All interactions reduce to operational regimes of a single first-order causal relaxation equation for the bandwidth deficit field φ, naturally eliminating spacetime singularities via the horizon freeze condition (f_ext → 0 as φ → 1/2). The framework provides closed-form, parameter-free evaluations of all major physical constants: α⁻¹(0) = 137.0359990675 (−0.79σ vs. CODATA 2018), sin²θ_W = 0.231216 (−0.10σ), α_s(M_Z) = 0.117838 (−0.07σ), and Ω_m/Ω_Λ = 0.460862 (0.08% vs. Planck). Across 143 SPARC disk galaxies, N.E.A. dimensional collapse decisively outperforms MOND (ΔBIC = −4415.3). The framework is locked by machine-verified Lean 4 proofs and stands on a dual-core, unconditional falsification protocol: strictly zero non-baryonic dark matter particles, and dynamic critical scale evolution Σ_crit(z) ∝ H(z). The whitepaper includes a master parameter settlement table, a No-Go theorem applicability matrix (Nielsen–Ninomiya, Bell, Penrose–Hawking, Strong CP), and the complete 12-volume DOI registry.
