Dynamic Equilibrium Theory (DET): An Ontological Reinterpretation of the Cosmological Constant and Informational Agency
Abstract
Abstract — This paper proposes the Dynamical Equilibrium Theory (DET), a unified physical framework that challenges the paradigm of background-dependent manifolds by establishing motion as an irreducible ontological primitive. Within this framework, space-time is not a pre-existing container but an emergent geometric trace (ds) generated by the ongoing friction and translation between two fundamental operators: Systemic Agency (ΣAg), representing centripetal, contractive, and redundant material stabilization, and Fundamental Agency (ΨAg), acting as the centrifugal driver of informational novelty and acceleration. We introduce the Agential Metric Operator (AMO) to replace the classical Minkowski metric, formalizing the emergence of spatial dimension strictly as a function of the local informational inflation rate (v) governed by the fine-structure constant (α) operating as the universal coupling factor. By redefining Dark Energy as the cumulative inflation of the information trace (ΔΨ) and gravity as the localized condensation of this trace via ΣAg, DET derives the cosmological expansion coefficient (HED) from first principles. This formulation provides a natural, non-linear solution to the cosmological constant discrepancy (Hubble Tension) as a localized fluctuation of agential complexity, demonstrating that the cosmos is a self-instantiating, continuous memory of the act of existing.
