Abstract

The goal of this research is to determine the optimal dopant for indium oxide and elucidate the nature of the conduction and band structure. To achieve this, we require high-resolution crystal structure information on single crystals combined with detailed chemical stoichiometry measurements (XPS, EDX) and bulk studies (transport, UV-Vis absorption).
