Narrativas sobre la naturaleza y crisis climática: un análisis desde la relacionalidad frente a los dualismos jerárquicos y excluyentes del Antropoceno/Capitaloceno
Abstract
In the context of the climate crisis and debates about the Anthropocene/Capitalocene, this article examines, from a necessarily incomplete, partial, and situated theoretical and sociohistorical perspective, the dominant narratives and discourses about nature, primarily from the viewpoints of science and academia. In this sense, the text aims to describe the dichotomy between organicist and mechanistic metaphors and then to explore how a certain “reinvention of nature” might be emerging. The analysis draws on contributions from diverse ethnographic, theoretical, and political experiences, closely related to the critique of hierarchical and exclusionary dualisms that would have legitimized domination over the bodies, voices, and territories of otherness and difference.
