Studiu privind identificarea problemelor producătorilor agricoli care necesită a fi soluționate prin proiectele de cercetare de către organizațiile din domeniile cercetării și inovării

The Public Institution National Institute for Applied Research in Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine (PI NIARAVM), established following the reorganization of scientific research institutes by Government Decision No. 668 of 24 September 2025, has assumed a strategic role in supporting the sustainable development of the agri-food sector of the Republic of Moldova. In this context, the present study was developed with the aim of aligning applied research with the real needs of the agricultural environment. The study was conducted through an extensive national consultative process involving 658 respondents from four geographical regions: North, Center, South-East, and South-West. The questionnaires were structured according to key agricultural domains: fruit growing, vegetable production, viticulture, field crops, animal husbandry, agricultural mechanization, and sustainable agriculture. The results obtained provide a relevant basis for defining research priorities, directing investments in innovation, and strengthening the links between farmers and the scientific community. The identified problems will guide the activities of research organizations in developing practical and efficient solutions for the agricultural sector.
