長期照護機構疥瘡感染管制措施與實務

本文以長期照護機構如何辨識皮膚疥瘡感染臨床症狀、疥瘡疑似感染個案處理、啟動感染管制措施、疥瘡個案藥物正確使用、確診疥瘡個案接觸者調查及群聚處理流程、傳染病通報作業、疥瘡事件結案條件及恢復正常照護流程等。期望增強長期照護工作人員對皮膚疥瘡感染防護措施實務作業。 This article examines infection control practices for scabies in long-term care facilities, including identification of clinical manifestations, management of suspected cases, initiation of infection control measures, correct use of scabicidal medications, contact tracing and cluster management for confirmed cases, communicable disease reporting procedures, criteria for case closure, and the process for resuming routine care services. The aim is to enhance the practical competence of longterm care staff in the prevention and control of scabies infections.
