Abstract

Pediatric fractures are common traumatic injuries in children, necessitating effective pain manage-ment strategies both during hospital care and post-discharge. However, pain management in pediatric patients often remains suboptimal, leading to shortand long-term negative consequences such as prolonged recovery, emotional trauma, and fear of future medical interventions. This article reviews current practices and explores pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods for managing pain in pediatric fractures.
