Modern studies confirm tonic herbal prescriptions and non-pharmacological interventions exert anti-tumor effects via multi-target regulation. Future efforts should advance TCM’s modern interpretation, high-quality trials, and standardization to integrate TCM with Western medicine for optimized whole-course patient care.
