Vision 2035 – Medico-Pharmaceutical Law for Human Security
Abstract
Maybe this is the greatest study -and the boldest attempt at foresight -I have ever created. It begins with a simple thing: my own point of view, my own experience, and the honest limits of what one person can see.But it did not stay "only mine" for long.I expanded it through long conversations, debates, and sketches made with AI -using it not as a replacement for thinking, but as a mirror and a sparring partner.Sometimes it agreed with me; more often it challenged me, forced me to define terms, defend assumptions, and admit where my ideas were emotional rather than logical. In that way, AI became part of the method: not the author, but a tool that helped me sharpen my own authorship. If this work has any strength, it is because I did not build it in isolation.A person is never only a person; a person is a collection of relationships, memories, losses, and help received at exactly the right moment. So, before I speak about "the next ten years," I need to speak about the years behind me and the people who shaped them.First, I want to thank everyone who helped me become the man I amespecially my parents: Viktoriia and Valerii Shapovalov. Many people write "thanks to my parents" because it is polite.I write it because it is true in a concrete, everyday sense. They gave me more than life: they gave me discipline, curiosity, and the ability to keep going when circumstances would make most people stop. They taught me to respect knowledge but also to question it.They taught me that a real value is something you can carry even when you lose everything else. And they taught me, without any grand speeches, that love is often expressed not in words but in endurance -showing up repeatedly, no matter what.I also thank my friends, and yes -my ex-wives.Life is not a straight line, and love is not always forever, but relationships still leave a permanent imprint.Even when things end, they can still teach you how to understand people, how to understand yourself, how to negotiate, how to forgive, how to be wrong without collapsing.Sometimes the most important gifts come wrapped in disappointment.Sometimes a chapter closes, but the lessons remain open for years. My world changed in February 2022.I do not mention that as a dramatic line.I mention it because it created a "before" and "after" in my thinking. When reality breaks in front of you, you stop believing that history is slow. You stop believing that stability is natural. You begin to see how quickly a society can move from normal life into survival mode -and how quickly people can become either more human or less human.February 2022 did not only change my life; it changed my sense of time.Ten years no longer feels like "far away."Ten years feels like the length of one long breath. It feels like enough time to create miracles -and enough time to destroy them. That is why I want to say thank you here to everyone who made me better in the "after" period -people who supported me, challenged me, and kept me from becoming cold.I want to name them, because gratitude becomes real when it is specific.Susan (and Publishers International Linking Association, Inc. (PILA) -thank you very much for your support.Support can look like many things: advice, resources, a quiet message at the right moment, or simply the confidence someone gives you when you are doubting your own direction.Your support mattered more than you probably realize.Asya -I really love you the way friends love. Not the love that demands, not the love that uses, but the love that stays respectful, loyal, and honest. The world becomes less frightening when you know there are people who see you clearly and still choose to stand near you.
