Abstract

This R code inputs a .csv-file generated by the Supplement Excel sheet tab 'Data to create plot in R' and outputs the scenario plot in the REVIVE-PEEP protocol and Stage-1 Registered Report that illustrates a Favorable scenario and an Unfavorable scenario for the power analysis and sample size calculations.
