Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leaders as protectors of society through the perspective of ideal leadership values, particularly humility, exemplary conduct, and justice. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews with key informants knowledgeable about leadership, as well as literature reviews from various academic sources. The results indicate that leaders hold a strategic function in providing protection morally, socially, and through public policy.
