Abstract

Digital technology is bringing significant changes to grassroots management within enterprises. This study employs questionnaire surveys to deeply examine the core dimensions and its interrelationships of digital empowerment at the grassroots level, aiming to uncover the potential connections among system construction, user experience, organizational support, information efficiency, and application effectiveness. The results indicate that system construction forms the foundation, user experience directly influences continued usage intention, strong organizational support is a critical driving force, and information efficiency serves as a pivotal link, ultimately maximizing application effectiveness. Furthermore, this study identifies a practical pathway, "organizational support → information efficiency → application effectiveness," demonstrating that organizational support significantly enhances information efficiency, thereby improving application effectiveness. These findings offer valuable theoretical guidance and practical insights for enterprises seeking to undergo digital transformation.
