Human-Computer Collaborative Teaching: A Systematic Review from Theoretical Development to Educational Application
Abstract
Against the backdrop of generative artificial intelligence driving educational transformation, human-computer collaborative teaching has become an important development direction in education. This paper systematically reviews the research trajectory of human-computer collaboration in education: firstly, it clarifies the theoretical research on human-computer collaboration, including its origins, connotations, and theoretical foundations; secondly, it summarizes the practical teaching applications from the perspectives of innovative teaching models and the reshaping of teacher-student roles; thirdly, it deeply analyzes the challenges in data ethics, accountability boundaries, educational equity, and humanistic care, along with strategies to address them. Finally, based on a discussion of existing research, it proposes that future studies should strengthen interdisciplinary integration, conduct long-term empirical research, and build actionable ethical governance frameworks, providing a theoretical reference for subsequently establishing a safe, efficient, and human-centered human-computer collaborative educational ecosystem.
