Abstract
中国共产党对军队进行系统性改造后，军队实现革命性重塑，呈现出与旧军队截然不同的三大特质，即有坚定的革命信仰、严明的军队纪律、强大的执行能力。这三种特质是中央红军走完长征、最终实现北上抗日战略转移的重要原因。当前，意识形态领域斗争尖锐复杂，有必要用红色基因固根铸魂。红军在长征中表现出的三大特质，可作为今天强军铸魂的优秀历史资源。
