Teichmüller extremal maps on infinite Riemann surfaces
Abstract
Let \(X=\mathbb{D}/\Gamma\) be a Riemann surface with \(\Gamma\) of the first kind. We establish a necessary and sufficient criterion for \([f]\in T(X)\) to have a Teichmüller-type extremal map.
