These days, it is hard to attend a European corporate law seminar or conference and not hear anything about the 28th company law regime.Every European corporate lawyer seems to be talking about the 28th company law regime.But are we talking about the same thing when we talk about a 28th regime?What problems can a 28th company law regime solve?And what should a 28th company law regime look like?Those are the questions I will explore in this editorial.
