РОЛЬ КОНФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО НАСЛЕДИЯ В ФОРМИРОВАНИИ ТУРИСТИЧЕСКИХ КЛАСТЕРОВ

Конфессиональное наследие Пензенской области представляет собой уникальный по своему разнообразию и исторической глубине пласт культурных ресурсов, способный стать драйвером развития туризма. Целью исследования является всестороннее изучение развития конфессионального наследия в Пензенской области для выявления потенциала при формировании туристических кластеров. В качестве основных в научной статье использовались методы анализа, обобщения, синтеза теоретических и методических положений, кластерный анализ. Проведя анализ имеющихся данных на территории Пензенской области, авторами было выявлено, что регион обладает значительным количеством объектов православной и мусульманской культур, которые не только отражают многовековую духовную жизнь народа, но и формируют его современный ландшафт. С помощью кластерного анализа были сгруппированы объекты конфессионального наследия по территориальному принципу (выделен урбо-религиозный туризм в г. Пенза, этно-религиозный в Кузнецком районе, усадебно-религиозный в Белинском районе, эко-религиозный в Наровчатском районе) и сопоставлены с существующими объектами туризма. Проведенный анализ позволил разработать стратегические рекомендации развития туристического кластера с участием конфессионального наследия ключевыми из которых являются: разработка комплексных туристических продуктов, детальная проработка уникальных маршрутов, создание единого портала по туризму в Пензенской области, развитие инфраструктуры с привлечением частных и государственных инвестиций. Рассмотрены экономические эффекты развития таких туристических кластеров (пополнение бюджета региона за счет прямых и косвенных доходов от средств туристов, улучшение дорог и иной инфраструктуры, формирование спроса на местные продукты, повышение привлекательности региона в целом) и выделены модели управления и финансирования для развития инфраструктуры, сочетающие государственную поддержку и частные инвестиции. The confessional heritage of the Penza region is a unique layer of cultural resources in its diversity and historical depth, which can become a powerful driver of tourism development. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive study of the development of confessional heritage in the Penza region in order to identify the potential for the formation of tourist clusters. The methods of analysis, generalization, synthesis of theoretical and methodological provisions, and cluster analysis were used as the main ones in the scientific article. After analyzing the available data on the territory of the Penza region, it was revealed that the region has a significant number of objects of Orthodox and Muslim cultures, which not only reflect the centuries-old spiritual life of the people, but also form its modern landscape. Using cluster analysis, objects of confessional heritage were grouped according to the territorial principle (urban-religious tourism in Penza, ethno-religious in Kuznetsk district, manor-religious in Belinsky district, eco-religious in Narovchatsky district were identified) and compared with existing tourism facilities. The analysis made it possible to develop strategic recommendations for the development of a tourism cluster with the participation of religious heritage, the key of which are: the development of integrated tourism products, detailed study of unique routes, creation of a single portal for tourism in the Penza region, infrastructure development with the involvement of private and public investments. The economic effects of the development of such tourism clusters are considered (replenishment of the regional budget through direct and indirect income from tourists, improvement of roads and other infrastructure, formation of demand for local products, increasing the attractiveness of the region as a whole) and management and financing models for infrastructure development combining government support and private investment are highlighted.
