Abstract

Today, business success depends not only on technology, but also on how well people work in teams. This underscores the critical need to evolve conventional HR practices into a dynamic framework for team synergy, thereby strengthening the organization's overall stability. Team building is no longer just entertainment; it is an effective tool for refining daily work processes and increasing efficiency. This study departs from viewing team building as a one-off event, proposing instead an approach where personnel development is integrated into the corporate strategy. The central premise is that investing in high-quality employee relationships directly translates into tangible business indicators by eliminating communication breakdowns. The methodology involves identifying communication bottlenecks, designing new interaction formats, and consistently tracking results. The research clearly distinguishes between team adaptability, key performance indicators (KPIs), and final economic outcomes. Specific criteria for evaluating team success are formulated, illustrating how internal team energy transforms into organizational profit. A logical three-step algorithm is proposed to make the team-building process consistent and transparent. The application limits of this approach are defined: it is best suited for knowledge-intensive fields (e.g., IT or consulting) and small groups of up to 25 people. It is substantiated this approach significantly reduces the 'hidden costs' of redundant communication and enhances organizational flexibility. This research offers a fresh theoretical outlook by treating social capital as a measurable asset linked to specific success parameters. The practical significance is found in the ready-to-use algorithm for managers to increase productivity and retain talent. The scientific novelty is confirmed by substantiating the direct link between team climate and the market value of the business. Further research may focus on adapting this approach for large corporations or fully remote teams. Type of article: theoretical.
