Abstract

Female leadership is becoming particularly relevant in the context of corporate culture transformation focused on inclusiveness, sustainable development and increasing the effectiveness of team interaction. The study of this phenomenon allows us to deepen our understanding of modern management practices and develop more effective leadership models that meet the requirements of a dynamic organizational environment. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of female leadership in corporate team management, in particular, to analyze the characteristic leadership styles, motivational approaches and value orientations inherent in female leaders, to assess their impact on the effectiveness of teamwork and corporate culture in modern organizations. Descriptive statistics were methodically applied, general scientific and specific research methods were used, including the dialectical method, interpretive analysis and synthesis, and the modeling method, which allowed us to combine the results of various studies into a holistic concept and form our own vision of the patterns of female leadership. The authors presented an analysis of approaches to interpreting the category "gender", which is defined as an important indicator for assessing the personnel management system. The article updates the issue of gender asymmetry and stereotypes, identifies the main ones that continue to exist in modern society. Based on statistical indicators, the dynamics of the gender gap by sub-indices in countries around the world are presented. It is proposed to interpret the phenomenon of female leadership through the prism of management style, motivational structure, emotional aspects and impact on corporate culture. The key features of the female management approach are identified, including cooperation, inclusiveness, open communication and a high level of emotional intelligence. The need to study female leadership through the prism of the emotional component is substantiated, which is due to the key role of emotional intelligence in the formation of effective communication, a favorable psychological climate, the effectiveness of teamwork and a sustainable corporate culture in modern organizations. The theoretical significance of the article lies in deepening the scientific understanding of the phenomenon of female leadership through the systematization of approaches to its interpretation and substantiation of the role of the emotional component in the formation of an effective corporate culture. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results obtained in the process of developing management strategies, leadership development programs and improving the personnel management system taking into account gender characteristics. Prospects for further research lie in deepening the empirical and comparative analysis of female leadership, in particular the role of emotional intelligence in the effectiveness of teamwork.
