Модель забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства в умовах трансформаційної економіки

The relevance of the study is due to the increase in economic instability, structural transformations and challenges of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, which require new approaches to ensuring sustainable development of enterprises. In the conditions of a transformational economy, enterprises are forced to adapt management decisions to changes in the external environment while taking into account economic, social and environmental priorities. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and develop a model for ensuring sustainable development of an enterprise in the conditions of a transformational economy. Achieving the goal is aimed at forming a holistic management approach capable of ensuring long-term sustainability of the enterprise. The study is based on systemic and structural-functional approaches to analyzing the enterprise's activities. The work uses the concept of multi-level sustainable development management. The model was designed taking into account the influence of the external transformational environment. The design of the study assumes a logical sequence from theoretical generalization to the construction of an applied model. The main hypothesis of the study is the assumption that sustainable development of an enterprise can be ensured provided that economic, social and environmental components are integrated within a single management model. New data consist in the systematization of management levels and their functional content. The methodological basis of the study is the methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, abstract-logical method, system-structural analysis and modeling. A structural-functional approach was used to substantiate the interrelationships of elements. The reproducibility of the results was ensured by a clear logic of model construction. The synthesis was performed using contemporary scientific frameworks. The study examined prevailing theoretical perspectives on enterprise sustainable development. Key assumptions for achieving sustainable development within a transformational economy were articulated. An integrated model for ensuring enterprise sustainable development was proposed. Interconnections between management levels and the core components of sustainable development were identified. The expediency of using the model in the conditions of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine was characterized. Directions for practical use of the model were generalized. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the model in the management activities of enterprises. The proposed approaches can be applied when developing development strategies. The scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of an integrated model of sustainable enterprise development taking into account the transformational economy. The main conclusions confirm the feasibility of systemic management of enterprise development. Prospects for further research are associated with the empirical testing of the model. The limitations of the study are mainly due to the theoretical nature of the analysis.
