ABSTRACT Digital transformation has become a strategic priority for modern organizations, with Artificial Intelligence (AI) playing a central role in reshaping management practices and intelligent systems. This paper presents a comprehensive study on the integration of AI in intelligent systems with specific emphasis on its impact on managerial decision-making, operational efficiency, and organizational adaptability. The study discusses AI-based system architecture, materials and methods, intelligent algorithms, and application areas relevant to management such as decision support systems, automation, and analytics. Comparative analysis highlights the advantages of AI- driven intelligent systems over traditional management information systems.
