Abstract - Managing college events manually is a time-consuming and complex process that often leads to errors in registration, scheduling, and coordination. To overcome these issues, a College Event Management System is proposed as a web-based platform that automates and simplifies the planning and execution of college events. The system provides a user-friendly interface for administrators, event organizers, and students, enabling easy event creation, scheduling, online registration, notifications, and feedback collection. Students can register for events and receive updates, while organizers can efficiently manage venues, participants, and event progress through an admin panel. This centralized and automated system reduces manual effort, minimizes errors, improves communication, and ensures smooth and efficient management of college events, making it highly useful for modern educational institutions.
