This model integrates theoretical reflections based on philosophical concepts of justice and harmony with the theological emphasis on forgiveness and human dignity. It formulates amethodology of mediation and provides aframework for sustainable practical solutions. Mediation is understood not only as atechnical process but also as aprofoundly ethical and spiritual tool for restoring interpersonal relationships.
