Abstract

To explore the individualized nursing strategies and clinical effects of phase I cardiopulmonary rehabilitation for patients after surgery for Stanford type A aortic dissection. The clinical data of a patient who underwent Sun's procedure combined with coronary artery bypass grafting was retrospectively analyzed. Within 24 hours after surgery, a multi-dimensional risk assessment was completed, and an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team was formed to implement a phased rehabilitation plan, covering modules such as respiratory training, exercise rehabilitation, psychological intervention, and health education. After 14 days of systematic rehabilitation care, the patient's cardiopulmonary function, activity ability and psychological state were improved. No complications such as pulmonary infection, deep vein thrombosis or wound infection occurred during hospitalization. The multi-disciplinary collaboration-based phased individualized stage I cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program can improve the function and psychological state of patients after A-type aortic dissection surgery and promote their recovery.
