Abstract

Hinode/EIS made 25 full-disk spectroscopic mosaic scans between 2013 and 2026. This repository contains 22 of them, processed to level 3. For each emission line there is one FITS file per quantity, all on the same helioprojective grid: intensity, Doppler velocity, line width, non-thermal velocity, their fit uncertainties, the fit reduced chi-squared, and maps of the number of rasters and the observation time at each pixel. Pixels without a usable measurement are NaN, not 0.Each campaign is one zip file named after its start date (YYYYMMDD.zip). README.txt describes the files, the processing and all changes from version 1, and MD5SUMS.txt lists the checksums. The scans used the widest (2 arcsec) slit, stepped 4 arcsec between exposures (6 arcsec for 20240320, sparse rastering). With a plate scale of 1 arcsec, each spectrally resolved map pixel is 4 arcsec (X) by 1 arcsec (Y). Intensities use the time-dependent radiometric calibration of Del Zanna, Weberg & Warren (2025, ApJS 276, 42).Version 2 adds the campaigns of 2024-09-10, 2025-03-09, 2025-10-07 and 2026-03-22, the Del Zanna et al. (2025) calibration (version 1 used the pre-flight calibration), uncertainty, width, chi-squared, count and time maps, and complete FITS headers. Velocities are the measured line-of-sight velocities, and velocities and widths are NaN where the fit did not measure them. Version 1 remains available as version 1 of this record (10.5522/04/31304956.v1).The spectra were fitted with EISPAC (Weberg et al. 2023) and the fits combined into maps with version 0.5.0 of the EISMaps code (McKevitt et al. 2026, https://doi.org/10.1093/pasj/psag024): - Zenodo: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23313839 - GitHub: https://github.com/jamesmckevitt/eismapsPlease cite this dataset and McKevitt et al.
