El Metaverso en Modelos de la Escuela Nueva, efectividad en el aprendizaje y motivación

The central problem was to analyze how the integration of the metaverse influences student learning and motivation in relation to the principles of the Escuela Nueva model, taking into account the growing technological boom and the need to take advantage of these new tools to enhance the development of skills and abilities in students. The methodology employed combined qualitative and quantitative approaches to achieve a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the problem. The techniques applied were a survey of teachers, interviews with parents, and observation of students in two educational contexts differentiated by the level of accessibility and incorporation of the metaverse in education. The main findings reflect the positive impact of the use of the metaverse on indicators such as interest, attention, participation, and motivation in both groups of students, as well as significant differences in the level of development of collaborative work and problem-solving skills, assertive communication, among others, in favor of group 1, characterized by the frequent incorporation of metaverse tools.
