Abstract

Pepper cultivation (Capsicum annuum L.) requires the search for alternatives that reduce dependence on chemical inputs and strengthen sustainability. This study evaluated, in a greenhouse and with an agroecological approach, the effect of liquid organic fertilizers on the agronomic behavior and economic performance of the crop. A completely randomized design with three replicates and seven treatments was applied: control without fertilization and six doses of manure tea (5, 10, and 15 L/ha) and fruit fertilizer (2.5, 5, and 7.5 L/ha). The days to flowering, stem height and diameter, fresh and dry biomass, and fruit components were measured, in addition to yield (kg/ha) and an economic analysis. Significant differences (p
