Abstract

The research was conducted on the three elements that form the urban space and the environment, including: Road Infrastructure which is a connectivity route between residents and with the environment outside the residential environment which has partly become on street parking and caused bottlenecks on several road sections; Environmental Sanitation which has changed benefits even though it is still functioning, but it is not optimal due to the existence of buildings on top of environmental sanitation with various functions; The Green Open Space, which was originally intended as a green park and green belt, has undergone a change in function to become a parking lot for residents' cars, business places, and even illegal houses built by non-residents, without building permits and proof of land ownership. The research method chosen is a descriptive-analytical research method using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
