Abstract

This service aims to improve the numeracy literacy competence of SPS teachers through a workshop on the development and use of board game media in North Petukangan, South Jakarta. Activities include initial assessment, concept reinforcement, prototype design, classroom trials, and reflection. The implementation method used participatory mentoring in several scheduled sessions over a period of one month, including face-to-face meetings and structured assignments in class. The results showed an increase in teacher competency scores and the birth of several thematic board games that were applicable in learning. This activity has implications for the shift in practice from worksheet-based learning to more interactive and meaningful learning for children
