Abstract

Trauma bonding is a pervasive emotional pattern that arises in relationships marked by cycles of pain, affection, and control. These bonds are rooted in early attachment disruptions, often linked with experiences of child sexual abuse (CSA) and emotional neglect. The present theoretical and practice-based narrative study explores the role of storytelling, expressive arts, and narrative practices in healing trauma bonds within the Indian socio-cultural context.
